Leander brings typical Germanic accuracy and asceticism to the edit suite, where he carves out masterpieces in a cave of tranquility, owing in no small part to his essential oil diffuser. Working up from edit assisting in Berlin, he came to London for the cheap rent and capitalised on his time by studying film and running a record label. Among his hobbies, he lists ‘leaving long pauses before answering questions’ as his favourite. And, thanks to our director Pedroe, Leander now has his first nickname: Leands.
